Outcome
Playable 25–35 minute prototype

Project Sleepless is a browser-based horror prototype set inside a recovered Windows XP computer that has supposedly been offline since 2005. Players dig through its files, messages, and photographs. When MSN reconnects, people from the owner's past start coming online, and what the player finds changes what they can say. A full playthrough takes about 25 to 35 minutes.

Two complete chapters, four characters, three opening paths, three endings, evidence-dependent dialogue, and persistent choices across sessions. Character performances run live through Reactor, with a mock mode for testing and written fallbacks when live generation fails. The rule: AI generation is part of the interaction itself, but nothing else can depend on the model behaving reliably.
